What this is
Before the Companies Registration Office removes a company from the register, it marks it “Strike Off Listed”. This site lists the companies in that state whose last accounts were made up to a date in 2019 or later. Each record gives the date of listing, the last accounts, the company type, the activity and the county.

What it is not
Not the Companies Registration Office, not CORE, and not a certificate. A strike-off listing is not a dissolution: it stops when the company files what it owes, and many do. The register carries no headcount: being listed here says nothing about a company's size. The status is the one in the CRO open file of the date shown; check CORE for today's.
